Built from a frozen planYour approved configuration becomes the production baseline.

FSS uses the reviewed component plan for purchasing, assembly, QA, and the final as-built record, so the build team is not recreating your simulator from memory.

Designed for supportServiceability is part of the build.

Device labeling, controlled wiring, recovery planning, and documented configuration make future support and upgrades much easier.

4
Delivery and timing

How should the simulator reach you?

The locked install date will later drive travel, shop departure, and final-payment timing.

Requested dateChoose an available date

Production will confirm the requested date after configuration and backlog review. Major holidays and the year-end shop shutdown are unavailable.

Complete installation starts at $2,500. Additional identical simulators installed during the same visit are $1,500 each. A documented complex site is $3,500, and multi-day or specialty installation starts at $5,500. Transportation is calculated separately. FSS confirms the applicable level after reviewing the site.
A requested date, then a locked dateWe confirm capacity before travel is committed.

Your request helps us plan the production window. The final date is locked only after configuration, location, access, backlog, and travel requirements are reviewed.

Protecting the handoffFinal payment timing follows the confirmed departure plan.

When FSS is transporting the simulator, the confirmed install date and required travel time establish the shop-departure deadline.

Support and coordination

How hands-on should FSS be?

Every installed simulator includes a 30-day Remote Support trial. A paid plan begins after the trial.

Included with every support planPulse Connect helps monitor simulator health.

Pulse Connect securely reports supported health and readiness information so FSS can watch for common issues and begin diagnosis with better context.

Your proactive support layerDesigned to help prevent interruptions.

FSS Link and Pulse Connect help our team monitor supported simulator health and configuration so common issues can be identified before you need to contact us. If you do need help, the current health view gives support a stronger starting point.
