All packages include delivery, setup, teardown, and crew up to 300 miles. Core Sim is available only in the Orlando area.

Confirm the site requirements
The selected event package calculates simulator quantity. Confirm the conditions FSS needs for power, space, transport, and staffing.
Minimum footprint: Allow at least 5 ft × 5 ft for each requested simulator, plus an additional 5 ft × 5 ft when a leaderboard is included.

The package selected above applies to every event day. Choose one date, or choose a start and end date for an event lasting up to five consecutive days.

All packages include delivery, setup, teardown, and crew up to 300 miles. One-simulator bookings are Orlando-area only. Travel beyond 300 miles is calculated using the approved travel matrix and may add travel and logistics charges.
